Go to
buyersafecart.com/tracking and enter your tracking number. Your tracking number was sent to your WhatsApp when you paid. You can also track from your buyer dashboard.
I received my order but haven't confirmed — what happens?▾
The payment will auto-release to the seller after 5 days if no dispute is raised. To confirm immediately, go to your dashboard or reply CONFIRM [tracking number] on WhatsApp.
My order hasn't arrived — how do I get a refund?▾
Reply DISPUTE [tracking number] on WhatsApp, or click the Dispute button on your order page, before the 5-day auto-release window closes. Our team will investigate and refund if appropriate.
How long does seller KYC approval take?▾
Standard review: within 48 hours. Basic plan sellers: within 24 hours (priority). You'll receive an email when approved, and your trust score will be set to 60 automatically.
When will I receive my seller payout?▾
Within 24 hours of the buyer confirming delivery, or after the 5-day auto-release. Paystack transfers typically arrive same-day or next business day.
